Sarah MacDonell (MPCC, RPC, RST) is a Clinical Counsellor with over 12 years of experience in mental health and 22 years in education as a university, college and high-school instructor. At her private practice, she specializes in child and youth therapies grounded in interpersonal neurobiology, attachment and brain stage development that helps uncover the root of dysregulated, confusing behaviours.
In addition to her practice, Sarah is a college instructor (clinical counselling) and facilitates group supervision at a local agency, working directly with interns, new grads and clinicians looking to enhance their relational counselling skills. Her creative approach to connecting with those she offers mentorship and guidance to lends itself well to counsellors seeking to develop their clinical voice, ethical decision-making, and commitment to quality care in services.
