Family Counselling

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with over a decade of experience helping families navigate challenges with effective, evidence-based practices and more than 1200 hours providing mental health and counselling services to children and youth.

I work collaboratively with families to support cohesive connection and balance, providing strategies that align with their values. My relational and strengths-based approach encourages positive change and healthy family dynamics.

As a Kelty Mental Health & BC Children’s Hospital Parent Advisory Committee member, I am committed to addressing the mental health needs of children and families. I adapt my approach based on the needs of each family through online sessions, and modalities used may include: CBT, TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused CBT), the Gottman method, and more.
