Bright Minds integrated mental health practice provides clinical support in a variety of specialized areas.

We’re here to help.

Our specialized treatment supports children, adolescent and teen clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-harm and other behavioural or mental health challenges.

Sessions are aimed to support healthier dynamics within the family unit, and focus on understanding the core concerns influencing family interactions to facilitate positive change.

Parent support counselling empowers parents and caregivers with the knowledge, skills, and strategies needed to effectively support their child's development and well-being.

Cooperative parenting counselling navigates the challenges of shared parenting, separation or complex family dynamics.

Sessions aim to explore each partner’s inner-world, strengthen communication and trust. We assist with research-based, structured interventions to strengthen a couples’ relationship.

We work with individuals to achieve personal goals, cope with and reduce the symptoms of a variety of disorders. Brainspotting sessions are also available.

We also offer counselling specifically designed for men, to destigmatize expressions of emotions or experiences so that we can assist with their challenges.

Videos that describe play therapy and why it is used instead of ‘talk-therapy’ with children (ages 4-12) can be found here.
