I am a Registered Professional Counsellor, Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling (Provisional) and bring over eight years experience working as a Community Support Worker, Child & Youth Counsellor in the school district, as well as in private practice.
I work with children and their families to best support positive growth.
When working with children and youth clients, I incorporate diverse therapeutic modalities to fit the needs of each client. In sessions, I often draw from Play Therapy, Art Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy and Gestalt Therapy. I am passionate about working with a diverse range of client’s to help them navigate life’s challenges and achieve their full potential.
Beginning therapy requires courage and marks a pivotal moment in a client’s life. The journey of healing from life’s difficulties, separations and trauma, as well as nurturing your mental well-being is continuous; I am here to support you along the way.
